How to wake up sleeping users? This is the challenge that Palladium Hotel Group set us for its LATAM market, North American and European markets.


They wanted to reactivate all those clients who had not hired their holiday destinations with them for a long time. We created a video with 6 personalization’s, including two languages, Spanish and English, in this way we covered the LATAM market, North America and Europe and three currencies, in which we highlighted the best vacation destinations of the group, offering them a discount on their next reservation.
