As part of its fidelization strategy, Mahou indicated us one objective: to make each of its customers feel special on their birthday.

 

We decided to create a unique and personalized experience for each of them: a video-greeting where the brand gave them a pack of beers for free.

 

In a single day of filming, we managed to create 206.000 different messages where not only the name, age, or date of birth was personalized, but also the season in which each user was born.

 

With a viewing and opening rate much higher than the ones in the market (43%), we achieved the best results of Mahou with a campaign of this style.
